Our Story
Hybrid Real Estate Investing is a division of Real Home Solutions founded by two real estate investors, James Brown and Toby Hanson. We were both approaching age 50 and realized we had nowhere near enough saved for retirement. We needed a plan and we needed to do something now or we would have to drastically lower our current lifestyle. We were both getting into real estate investing and decided to join forces.
We saw a need in the market for a new way for people to get started in real estate investing. One that reduced the risk and didn't involve dealing with problem tenants, trash or toilets. We knew we didn't want to just create another job by doing rehabs or managing contractors and we didn't want to go around making lowball offers either. It needed to be a win-win for everyone involved. And finally, it needed to provide quick profits, ongoing cash flow, and the ability for long-term wealth.
A New Strategy Is Born
Introducing an innovative investing approach that gives a first-time or full-time investor a higher ROI with more protection than traditional approaches that rely on speculation, taking on the risk of large rehab project or dealing with nightmare tenants.
What we came up with is a unique strategy that allows you to profit big on nice houses in nice neighborhoods that need little to no work. In this new model, the investor's principal is protected so they will never run out of money. The best part is, we don't need a deep discount in order to make money on these deals, therefore, we can offer more money and homeowners are happy to sell us their house.
We realized we had a "Blue Ocean Strategy!" We were going to keep this method all to ourselves but decided we needed to have an abundance mindset. We realized that we could do more deals and help more people if we shared our secret sauce with other investors.
