BIOGRAPHY
James A Brown is the co-founder of Hybrid Real Estate Investing and Accelerated Capital. He is the host of the show “This Month In Real Estate Investing” and been a special guest on many other shows. He is the author of multiple books including Hybrid Real Estate Investing, Home Selling Secrets and contributing author to three consecutive editions of The Guide To Colorado Real Estate Investing Strategies. James runs the Colorado Real Estate Investors group, the Colorado Cash-Flow Breakfast Club and the Long Distance Real Estate Investing group. He is a member of Pace Morbys’ creative financing group, Jesse Mills’ Unbankable community and Hunter Thompson’s RaiseMasters. He is also a full-time Realtor with the Alliance group at eXp Realty and Co-Leader of the Magnus Team. He loves helping people become homeowners that were told no by banks. In order to do that James helps busy professionals and business owners leverage real estate investing to protect and safely build wealth. James was born and raised in Alaska where he spent a lot of time outdoors including working on his Dad’s commercial salmon fishing boat in the summers. He has lived in Colorado for his entire adult life and in his limited free time he is an adrenaline junkie that enjoys kiteboarding, exploring the mountains on his dirt bike and backcountry snowboarding.
